Open to all methodological approaches and theoretical uses. Jurnal Hukum Prasada started its first publication (Online) in Volume 4, Number 1, 2017.

Within this scope, Jurnal Hukum Prasada welcomes three types of submissions:

a. Original research papers that combine rigor and relevance to advance the state-of-the-art and state-of-practice in the field

b. Significant theoretical contributions that consolidate or advance the state-of-the-art in the field

c. Significant practical contributions that convey novel and breakthrough ideas to advance the state-of-practice in the field
