The socialization involves explaining the importance of digitalization in expanding markets and growing businesses, such as creating and using online platforms to sell products, and teaching how to leverage social media for promotion, including Instagram, Facebook, and online marketplaces for product marketing. In addition, KKN students help create an online business profile and promotional video for UD Kayu Mas gamelan craftsmen. The output from the KKN activities includes a survey conducted at UD Kayu Mas to obtain approval and confirm the schedule from the business owner to carry out socialization about the importance of digitalization in business development for the gamelan craftsmen. This is expected to ensure that the socialization activities run smoothly and benefit UD Kayu Mas as the target for education and socialization. The craftsmen are expected to have a better understanding of digitalization and be able to apply it in their businesses. They can expand their business networks through digital platforms, which is expected to lead to increased sales and operational efficiency. Most of the village residents rely on the tourism sector for their livelihoods. Like other villages in Gianyar, tourism in this area also has negative environmental impacts, one of which is waste. Waste management activities have a relatively high risk of accidents and work-related diseases. Self-protection efforts and practices for clean and healthy living must always be implemented to minimize health impacts on this worker group. Based on the issues faced by the partners, the implementation team provided solutions in the form of occupational health and safety education and investment. To provide this education several stages were carried out, including preparation, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation. The partners present at this activity numbered 17 people. The partners involved work in transportation (47.06%), general duties (20.41%), and as drivers (17.65%). The majority of the partners are male (94.12%), aged 20-52 years, married (82.35%), and Hindu (100%). Most partners come from the Gianyar area (94.12%) and have worked between 2 to 11 years. The results of the pretest and posttest assessments showed an increase in knowledge among the partners, with pretest scores rising from 4.53 to 7.53. This activity concludes that it was carried out “Well”. This is assessed based on two indicators: the education activity effectively increased knowledge and the provision of investment. The initiative focused on addressing key challenges faced by local farmers, including limited post-harvest processing capabilities and a lack of digital marketing knowledge. The program aimed to empower farmers by introducing modern food processing technologies and enhancing their digital marketing skills, thereby improving both the quality and marketability of their products. Over the course of the program, farmers participated in comprehensive training sessions that covered techniques for processing oranges into value-added products such as packaged fruit juice and orange powder. Additionally, the program provided essential equipment and facilitated technology transfer to support these new practices. Digital marketing strategies were also a core component, with farmers receiving guidance on how to effectively utilize social media and e-marketplace platforms to reach a broader customer base. The results of the program were significant, leading to increased income for farmers, reduced post-harvest losses, and expanded market access both locally and internationally. The introduction of these innovations not only enhanced the economic resilience of the farming community but also promoted sustainable agricultural practices. This article presents a detailed account of the program's methodology, the outcomes achieved, and the broader implications for similar agribusiness initiatives. The findings underscore the potential of integrated technological and marketing interventions in driving rural economic development and empowering local communities.
2024-12-21T07:14:24+07:00 Copyright (c) https://www.ejournalwarmadewa.id/index.php/csj/article/view/10538 Pengembangan Sumber Daya Berbasis Teknologi Digital, Pelaporan Keuangan, Pemasaran dan Pengelolaan SDM Bisnis Kuliner Lokal 2024-12-24T12:52:45+07:00 Putu Gede Wisnu Permana Kawisana permanaturnitin@gmail.com Ni Kd Sioaji Yamawati yamawati@gmail.com I Gde Agung Wira Pertama wirapertama@gmail.com
Mas Ubud Village is not only known as a center for wood arts and crafts, but also serves a culinary experience rich in local wisdom and authentic Balinese flavors. Tonja Village has strong economic potential, especially through the trade sector. The large number of residents involved in trade creates opportunities for the development of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) as well as improving the local economy. Of the various challenges identified, the two main problems that were the focus of the intervention were the lack of public awareness about good waste management and the difficulties experienced by Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in understanding and optimizing the use of digital platforms. The "Zero Waste, Full Impact: Towards a Waste-Free Life" program is designed to increase public awareness and participation in good waste management through door-to-door outreach and waste management training. As a result, there has been a significant increase in community participation in the waste bank program, which has had a positive impact on the environment and local economy. The second program, "Digital Optimization: Digital Marketing, Digital Bookkeeping, and Tax Rules for MSMEs and Cooperatives," aims to improve the skills of MSME players in using digital technology for marketing and bookkeeping. This training succeeded in increasing participants' understanding of digital marketing, digital bookkeeping and tax regulations, which enabled MSMEs to be more competitive in the digital market. The conclusions from this program show that participatory approaches and direct education are effective in overcoming local problems. This program also provides recommendations for further replication and development, including the importance of ongoing mentoring and expanding the program to other regions. It is hoped that the results of this program can become a model for similar efforts to improve the quality of life of the community and develop the local economy.
2024-12-24T07:02:03+07:00 Copyright (c) https://www.ejournalwarmadewa.id/index.php/csj/article/view/10178 Pengabdian Budidaya Perikanan Masyarakat Pesisir Pada Desa Nyamplungsari, Kecamatan Petarukan, Kabupaten Pemalang, Provinsi Jawa Tengah 2024-12-24T12:52:49+07:00 Agung Doni Anggoro agungdonianggoro1@gmail.com Sumiarsih Sumiarsih Sumiarsih@gmail.com Shinta Septiana septiana@gmail.com Ayu Rizki Amalia rizki.amalia@gmail.com Hermawan Gatot Priyadi hermawangp.aup2023@gmail.com Muchtar Muchtar Muchtar@gmail.com Purwanto Purwanto Purwanto@gmail.com Dyah Retno Wulan retnowulan@gmail.com Marsono Marsono Marsono@gmail.com Eddy Mustono mustono@gmail.com Wijatmika Wijatmika Wijatmika@gmail.com Fatahuddin Fatahuddin Fatahuddin@gmail.com Tusana Nurul Safaah Safaah@gmail.com Elmi Hidayah elmi@gmail.com Khaerudin HS khaerudin@gmail.com
The aim of this community service activity is to increase the knowledge of fish farmers in Nyamplungsari Village, Petarukan District, Pemalang Regency regarding providing probiotics to milkfish nurseries in freshwater ponds. The agricultural activities carried out focus on plantation activities, especially fruit and vegetables. In carrying out farming activities, partners face daily problems in the health and agricultural sectors that require solutions and become the focus of PKM activities carried out by the service team. In the health sector, partner representatives said that the use of adequate personal protective equipment is still not uniform. Apart from that, partners also do not understand how to use drugs in everyday life, especially the aspect of careful movement using drugs (careful echo). In the agricultural aspect, partners produce quite a lot of organic agricultural waste, for example fruit and vegetable waste. So far, agricultural waste has not been processed into compost products because partners do not know how to make it. Partners also want to learn how to hatch BSF fruit fly larvae for further use as an effort to deal with organic waste and BSF maggots can be used as an alternative high-protein animal feed for chickens or fish. The implementation of PKM has been carried out with the service team providing outreach about careful monitoring and the importance of using PPE in farming activities. The service team also provides training on how to make compost from everyday plantation waste. Partners also received an explanation about maggot cultivation to be bred and used in daily life. In this activity, partners also received facilitation from the service team for each farmer member totaling 22 people in the form of a set of PPE, boots, medicine box and complete medicine, 10 grams of maggot larvae, maggot cultivation book, household scale composting bag along with biofad starter, bioactivator and gloves. Facilitation to farmer groups was also provided in the form of pressure measuring devices, waste chopping machines and molasses and biomi starters for large compost making. Comparison of pre and post-test shows an increase in partner scores of 30 points, which indicates an increase in partner understanding of the training provided. Monitoring and evaluation results show that partners are able to make compost independently, hatch BSF larvae to process organic waste, use PPE to carry out PHBS in farming activities.
2024-12-24T12:30:25+07:00 Copyright (c) https://www.ejournalwarmadewa.id/index.php/csj/article/view/10591 PKM Kelompok KUPS Bamboe Wanadesa dalam Mengelola Ekowisata Bamboe Wanadesa Berbasis Digital 2024-12-24T12:52:57+07:00 Miswati Miswati miswaty@yahoo.co.id Misna Ariani misna@gmail.com Anna Anganita Theresia Latumeten annatheresia@gmail.com Malik Anugrah malikanugrah@gmail.com Prety Syahwa Nabilla syahwanabilla@gmail.com
Bamboe Wanadesa Tourism is a nature-based tourism driven by the community around Pati village in Karang Joang sub-district, North Balikpapan sub-district.
